Pamela Sutherland is a woman of a good heart and stern conscience. She's always willing to help those in need.
Pamela is the daugher of Brock Sutherland and Brenna MacKay. While she and Bethany are identical in apperance, they are nothing alike in personality. Pamela was a reserved child, never seeking to put herself in the spotlight nor trying to gain attention for herself. She didn't like the attention she recieved as the daughter of Brenna and Jared, but she disliked it even more when Bethany began to resent her for it. She always tried to have a close relationship with Bethany, but Bethany would have none of it. Instead, Douglas became her closest sibling, the person she could talk to and share with. She and Douglas rely on one another.
Pamela decided that she wanted nothing to do with either Jared's or Brenna's business. Brock encouraged her to do what she wanted to do, and Pamela did just that. She went away to college and majored in medicine. She returned to San Antonio to complete her residency at Alamo General Hosptial.
