Kimball Dekker is a playful sort. He likes his music, he likes his wine, and he likes his women.
Kimball is the nephew of Russell and older brother of Judith. He never liked the traditional way of doing things and would try to find any way other than the normal one to do anything. He quit college after deciding that he didn't like the structure of the university. He went from odd job to odd job for a while before becoming a bartender in a night club in New York. He loved the atmosphere and decided that he would one day open a club of his own.
Kimball moved to San Antonio after most of his family relocated to the Texas city. He found a night club for sale and went into business for himself creating the most successful nightclub in San Antonio history, Toda de la Noche.
